Its rooms are a nice size and well-kept with comfortable beds. The food is good, appreciated buffet breakfast. The location is magnificent and perfect, 10 minutes' walk to a medieval castle.

Incredibly cramped room!!! Shower drain flooded the bathroom!!! Very noisy from trams and traffic!!! Manager unavailable when needed!!! Lack of communication regarding reported issues!!! Room cleanliness could be improved!!!

Excellent location: right next to the Parliament, but on a quiet street. Clean, very functional rooms. Excellent breakfast.

The rooms were on the small side and the use of the computer in the lobby was not free (WiFi was free, however). No water kettle in the room.

The central location made exploring Oslo easy, and the breakfast spread was excellent. The staff were really nice, especially Ramzes, who helped me with my travel bookings. His attentiveness and friendliness.

The room itself was quite small and could definitely use an update. Though it had all the essentials, the bathroom and carpet felt a bit dated. Opening the window for fresh air meant dealing with some noise from the street.

hotel was in central oslo so all amenities were a short walk away.. breakfast had something for everyone from fried to vegetarian food and special diets like gluten free

being at the front of the hotel it was very noisy and the norwegians seem to celebrate until 04.00am,but that was the only downside to the hotel

The breakfast buffet was very tasty and very appealing. There's definitely something for everyone. The location of the hotel is a dream. I don't think it could be more central. On foot, one is with a few steps in the middle of the action and the subway station is also close by.

Our room was a bit small. Looked bigger in the pictures.

cramped room

The showers were a complete hazard, no proper structure at all, it was like a slip-n-slide. Absolutley no upgrade offered despite my insistence. They just laughed as if this was funny. I almost left a glowing review for the staff's charm, but the tiny, cramped room ruined it for me. How hard is it to provide a comfy environment?
